Complete Satisfaction Promise

Silverleaf Jewellery Limited guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the items to us or in-store within 14 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

Ordering

The advertising of products on this site is an 'invitation'. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Silverleaf Jewellery, so prices and stock availability will not be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of order' email dispatched once credit card authorisation has been confirmed and stock levels have been checked.

When you place an order on the Silverleaf Jewellery site you will receive confirmation of your order and confirmation of despatch via email. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct and the mail account provided by you is working properly.

The card you use to pay for your order will be debited immediately. Under the distance selling regulations customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund. However, our Complete Satisfaction Promise extends your ability to return an unsatisfactory online purchase for up to 14 days.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that product and price details are correctly displayed on the Silverleaf Jewellery website we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies due to technical errors.

By using this site, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with this site. We are also not liable for any damages associated with use of this site however caused, incorrect prices or information.

All products displayed on the Silverleaf Jewellery website are subject to availability. All prices displayed on the Silverleaf Jewellery website include UK VAT and exclude delivery charges.

All measurements are approximate. Products shown will not be actual size. Colours reproduced are as accurate as electronic processes allow.

Delivery

Once your order has been accepted, we aim to ship your items within 48hrs. You will receive an email notification from us as soon as your order has been despatched.

Your items will be carefully packed in our custom made packaging to be dispatched via UK 1st class post.

UK Delivery

Usually 1-2 working days after dispatch using Royal Mail, 'Signed For', Recorded Delivery.

Guaranteed delivery in the UK by 1pm the next working day after dispatch using Royal Mail 'Special Delivery Next Day'.

PLEASE NOTE - a signature will be required to confirm receipt of goods in the UK.

Overseas Delivery

Please e-mail customerservice@silverleafjewellery.com for prices for overseas dispatch.

Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This right applies to all goods purchased on this website except for piercing related products, these are excluded because of current Health & Hygiene Regulations.

Silverleaf is committed to providing customers with high quality products and Customer Service. However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our Returns Policy outlined below. Please understand that it is our commitment to you, to ensure products received are of the highest possible standard.

If the item(s) you have ordered through our website are unsuitable or damaged you have 7 days under distance selling regulations and a further 7 days under our Customer Satisfaction Promise in which to return them either in-store OR to the returns address stated below. Please inform us of your intentions by sending an email to customerservice@silverleafjewellery.com detailing your original order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. Please return, within 14 days of receiving your item(s), to:

We strongly recommend that you arrange for proof of delivery on returned items as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery. Providing the item(s) is received in perfect and resalable condition we will provide you with an exchange or refund.
